Rockwell Automation, Inc. Rockwell Automation’s Emulate3D software uses the latest NVIDIA Omniverse APIs to create factory-scale dynamic digital twins based on OpenUSD interoperability and NVIDIA RTX rendering technologies. While visualization was previously possible, this enhancement enables true emulation and dynamic testing of multiple machines within a system. DataHow, a leader in AI-powered solutions for bioprocess development and manufacturing, has successfully closed its Series A investment round led by Momenta, the leading industrial impact venture capital firm. Rockwell Automation Announces Strategic Partnership with autonox Robotics to Enable New Manufacturing Possibilities
Rockwell Automation, Inc. This unified robot control solution will be possible using autonox’s line of DELTA and DuoPod robot mechanics.

Rockwell Automation announced signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Seoul-based Doosan Robotics (along with parent company Doosan Corporation), focusing on integrating the companies’ controllers and robots.
Under the agreement, Rockwell and Doosan also aim to innovate and create advanced technologies for smart factory establishment, automation facilities, and other customer-focused application areas. In addition to the Rockwell-Doosan MoU, 23 other MoUs were signed between South Korean and U.S. entities.

Tech trends driving Industry to v5.0
Remote connectivity, advanced engineering with multiple digital twins, mixing physical and digital assets, and the change of human-machine interaction are driving industry along that path toward Industry 5.0.

Rockwell Automation and Schlumberger Announce Closing of Sensia JV
Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) and Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB) today announced the closing of their previously-announced joint venture, Sensia, the oil and gas industry’s first digitally enabled, integrated automation solutions provider. The joint venture leverages Schlumberger’s deep oil and gas domain knowledge and Rockwell Automation’s rich automation and information expertise to address this fast-growing market.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Sensia is projected to generate initial annual revenue of $400 million and employ approximately 1,000 employees. Sensia will operate as an independent entity, with Rockwell Automation owning 53% and Schlumberger owning 47% of the joint venture. Rockwell Automation made a $250 million cash payment to Schlumberger at closing.
