BPGC Management acquires Permian Basin’s PB Material Holdings
BPGC Management LP has acquired a majority stake in PB Materials Holdings, a producer of sand and gravel aggregates and ready-mix concrete in West Texas and southeast New Mexico, from WL Ross & Co LLC. LSV Advisors served as lead investor partnering with BPG in the transaction. No financial terms were disclosed.
PB Materials completes the acquisition of ready-mix concrete and aggregate assets
PB Materials Holdings, Inc. (PBM) has completed the acquisition of ready-mix concrete and aggregate assets from ARM Concrete, Kermit Concrete, and WUUD Aggregate. The acquisition expands PBM’s existing operations in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico, providing additional vertical integration and enhancing its ability to serve customers in the region. The combined assets will add to PBM’s current operations, allowing the company to better serve the marketplace and capitalize on regional growth trends. The acquisition is part of PBM’s strategy to acquire strategic assets that augment its footprint and position the business for growth opportunities. With the acquisition, PBM will have an expanded ready-mix and aggregate capabilities, an enhanced aggregate reserve position, and a strengthened ability to serve its customer base in the region.
