New autonomous agents scale your team like never before
We’re introducing ten new autonomous agents in Dynamics 365 to build capacity for every sales, service, finance and supply chain team.
New autonomous agents enable customers to move from legacy lines of business applications to AI-first business process. AI is ROI and tomorrow’s competitive edge. These new agents are designed to help every sales, service, finance and supply chain team drive business value — and are just the start. We will create many more agents in the coming year that will give customers the competitive advantage they need to future-proof their organization. We’re introducing ten of these autonomous agents. Here are a few examples:
- Sales Qualification Agent: In a profession where time literally equals money, this agent enables sellers to focus their time on the highest priority sales opportunities while the agent researches leads, helps prioritize opportunities and guides customer outreach with personalized emails and responses.
- Supplier Communications Agent: This agent enables customers to optimize their supply chain and minimize costly disruptions by autonomously tracking supplier performance, detecting delays and responding accordingly — freeing procurement teams from time consuming manual monitoring and firefighting.
- Customer Intent and Customer Knowledge Management Agents: A business gets one chance to make a first impression, and these two agents are game changers for customer care teams facing high call volumes, talent shortages and heightened customer expectations. These agents work hand in hand with a customer service representative by learning how to resolve customer issues and autonomously adding knowledge-based articles to scale best practices across the care team.
AI Agents and Copilots: SAP Introduces Deeper Integrations
SAP has launched collaborative AI agents in Joule, its generative AI copilot, as a further effort to provide deeper integrations across its software ecosystem. SAP’s newest work involves its generative AI capabilities across its ecosystem. Joule, their copilot, provides code explanations, documentation, and collaborative AI agents. The company sees generative AI as applicable for better understanding legacy code.
In addition, SAP has launched a knowledge graph engine that will integrate with Joule to help developers use data more effectively. SAP Knowledge Graph connects the business context captured in SAP applications. The solution anchors SAP’s Joule co-pilot with business data, so it can deliver more reliable, context-aware business insights with far fewer inaccuracies.
SAP Knowledge Graph grounds AI in specific SAP Business semantics and their interrelationships. SAP executives say this reduces the risk of inaccurate and irrelevant results and makes it easier for organizations to build intelligent applications and leverage generative AI more effectively by offering ready-to-use relationships between business entities like purchase orders, invoices, and customers.
The service reduces the complexity of manual data modeling. SAP also introduced new, embedded data lake capabilities for SAP DataSphere. Businesses can store raw data in its original context, allowing them to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and AI-driven capabilities to provide context-aware insights for AI use cases.
BACA Systems doubles productivity with Einstein 1 Sales
The company manages its entire sales cycle, including opportunities in Sales Cloud. In addition to giving reps easy access to their sales pipeline, Einstein 1 Sales also includes powerful AI tools to help them boost their productivity. If a rep is unsure how to progress an opportunity, Einstein recommends the next best step.
To make this possible, first BACA Systems will unlock and consolidate all of its data using Data Cloud. Then it will connect its data to Einstein 1 Sales that is used for monitoring and tracking performance for its sales reps.
Einstein Copilot will then use this data to give reps AI-driven recommendations in a trusted, secure environment. This will provide truly personalized guidance and allow the company to pull in data from cases and email conversations to ground custom prompts in Prompt Builder. For instance, a rep will be able to ask Copilot to “help me draft an email to Polly Prospect at the ABC Company.” Einstein will then reference all of the emails that have been sent to the prospect, service case notes, opportunity data, and other relevant data in Data Cloud to craft a personalized email, grounded in the context of that account.
The company set up a complete delivery management system by integrating AppExchange apps Bringg and Rootstock ERP with Salesforce. Now, BACA Systems has better control over its delivery operations with fewer errors and increased automation on previously manual tasks, such as creating and printing shipping labels, as well as tracking of all shipping records. The team implemented this new solution in less than 24 hours without disruption of the day’s ongoing deliveries. As a result, the company has saved 5–8 minutes per order and all shipping activities have an accuracy rate of 99.9%. The time savings is equivalent to 15 workdays per month, or the workload of a full-time employee. The flexibility of the solution also permits BACA Systems to support expansion in the future.
